About the Service
Dignified Life is a joined-up divorce advisory and support service. We combine wellness, financial and legal preparation to help you navigate separation with less conflict, greater clarity and better outcomes, so you are never left to manage the process alone
Unlike a traditional solicitor who focuses solely on the legal aspects, we provide coordinated advisory support across three pillars: Wellness, Financial and Legal. By addressing emotional stability and financial clarity separately from the legal process, we help ensure your solicitor can focus on what they do best, rather than becoming a counsellor, which typically causes legal costs to escalate
No, we are not a law firm. We are a divorce advisory and support service that works alongside legal professionals. We help prepare you for the legal process and can connect you with experienced divorce lawyers, ensuring your wellness and financial needs are addressed in parallel, not in isolation
We are a global business, supporting clients across the United Kingdom, the GCC, and the United States. Many of our services are delivered remotely, and we also provide in-person support in London and the surrounding areas
How It Works
Your initial consultation is a confidential 15-minute call with our team. We listen carefully, understand your situation, and give you clear next-step guidance across wellness, financial and legal priorities. It is designed to help you gain clarity quickly, with no fee and no obligation to proceed
Our process has seven clear steps: you begin by booking a free consultation, then complete a short confidential questionnaire before your call. During the consultation, we listen carefully and assess your situation. We then prepare and issue your personalised divorce support plan for review. From there, you select the right support package, and active support begins across our four pillars (wellness, financial, legal and renewal) working in coordination throughout. The final step is moving forward: with stability, clarity and the legal process behind you, we help you step into independent life with confidence and direction
Every separation is different. The timeline depends on the complexity of your situation, the level of agreement between parties, and the legal process itself. Our role is to make the divorce process as efficient and clear as possible, reducing unnecessary delays caused by emotional overwhelm, poor preparation or unclear decision-making
Not necessarily. Most of our packages are designed for individuals going through separation. However, our Collaboration package (Joint Support) is specifically designed for couples who are amicable and wish to navigate the divorce process together, which can significantly reduce costs for both parties
Pricing & Packages
The initial consultation is free. It is a confidential 15-minute call with no fee and no obligation to proceed. If you choose to continue with a support package, we share pricing clearly before any commitment
The right package depends on your specific circumstances. Serenity (Amicable Support) is for separations where both parties are largely in agreement. Security (Guided Individual Support) is for situations with some stress or disagreement. Safety (High-Conflict Support) is for acrimonious situations where parties are in strong disagreement. Collaboration (Joint Support) is for couples navigating the divorce process together. If you are unsure, your free consultation will help determine the right fit
Yes, our advisory support packages are separate from legal fees. However, our approach is designed to reduce your overall legal costs by ensuring you are emotionally stable and financially clear before engaging with solicitors, helping to avoid the common and costly scenario of using legal professionals for emotional support or poor preparation
Confidentiality & Privacy
No. Your contact with us is entirely confidential. We will never reach out to your spouse or partner without your explicit consent. Everything discussed during your consultation and throughout the divorce process remains completely private
We have experience handling highly sensitive situations, including those involving safety concerns, disruptive behaviour or complex asset structures. Our Safety package includes access to discreet services and safe accommodation support where needed. Your safety and wellbeing are always our priority
Who It's For
No. While we offer premium, comprehensive advisory support, we work with clients across different financial circumstances. Our packages are designed to be accessible, and the cost savings from reduced legal fees and better preparation often offset the investment in our services. We also offer access to funding support where needed
Absolutely. Separation affects everyone, and our support is designed for all individuals regardless of gender. Our team understands the unique challenges that both men and women face during the divorce process, and we provide tailored advisory support accordingly
Yes. Our Wellness support includes family therapy and children's wellbeing as part of our coordinated approach. We understand that children are often most affected by separation, and we ensure their wellbeing is considered and supported throughout the divorce process
Working with Solicitors
Yes. While we can connect you with experienced divorce lawyers from our network, you are welcome to continue working with your existing solicitor. We will coordinate with your legal team to ensure all aspects of your advisory support are aligned with the legal process
We act as a complementary advisory service. By handling wellness, emotional support and financial clarity separately, we ensure your solicitor can focus purely on the legal aspects of your separation. This typically results in more focused, efficient and cost-effective legal representation, reducing unnecessary time, effort and cost
Yes. We have a network of experienced divorce lawyers who we know and trust. As part of our legal preparation support, we can help connect you with the right legal expertise for your specific situation, ensuring your legal representation is aligned with your overall divorce strategy
